Miller AirCore wind energy harness is rated up to 400 pounds (181.4 kg) capacity. The new AirCore Wind Energy harness is the harness of choice for wind turbine applications – a product of extensive research and observation of workers in action. The lightweight design is customized for workers building and servicing wind turbines while reducing fatigue for all-day endurance. This new line of AirCore harnesses keeps your workers comfortable and safe, increasing productivity. Up to 24% lighter than similar competitive harnesses which means increased productivity and reduced fatigue. Up to 16% less surface area than other padding used on the market which keeps workers cooler and working longer. Durable, removable lumbar wear pad made of lightweight, non-marring material designed to protect the harness and the wall of the turbine from damage. Meets applicable OSHA, ANSI and CSA requirements.

*Model numbers listed are for universal size. Harnesses are also available in small/medium and XXlarge by replacing the “U” in the model number with “SM” or “23X”. To order a blue harness, simply replace the “G” in the model number with “B” (ex. ACFW-QCBDPUB). All listed models include a back D-ring and sub-pelvic strap.
