Includes a variety of sorbents to handle spills of oil and other petroleum-based fluids — while repelling water; pre-packed in a convenient, portable cart. Self-contained kit stores sorbent products for easy access as needed for spill control; saves time when quick response is necessary. Easy-to-locate, bright-Yellow wheeled container rolls quickly to a spill site; fits easily through doorways and aisles. Can also be moved with a forklift. Lockable to protect contents. Rust- and corrosion-free, UV-inhibited polyethylene can be used outdoors and is durable to withstand rough handling. Large, heavy-duty Utility Box has hinged, double-wall lid that is sloped to shed rain; closes tightly to keep out water and dirt. 5 inch rubber wheels are ideal for smooth or indoor surfaces.

29 CFR 1910.120(j)(1)	- Under an OSHA requirement, "DOT-specified salvage drums or containers and suitable quantities of proper absorbents shall be kept available and used in areas where spills, leaks, or ruptures may occur."
29 CFR 1910.1450(e)	- OSHA requires containment and cleanup materials for spills in laboratories to reduce occupational exposure to hazardous chemicals.
33 CFR 154.1047(c)(2)	- Concerning navigation and navigable waters, a facility which handles, stores or transports Group V petroleum oils must identify response plan resources such as containment booms and other methods.
40 CFR 263.30(a)	- In the event of a spill, transporters must, "take appropriate immediate action to protect human health and the environment."
40 CFR 263.31	- Transporters, "must clean up any hazardous waste discharge that occurs during transportation…so that the hazardous waste discharge no longer presents a hazard to human health or the environment."
49 CFR 173.3(c)(1)	- If a container of hazardous waste is damaged or leaking, it can be placed in a compatible salvage drum that meets UN criteria for shipping
